Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
