Some people think they're lucky because their jobs let them go to the gym on a regular basis or they have friends who help them stay fit. However, those people are really lucky. Those people don't have any problems. They control everything. I wish everyone could be one of them. Many of us aren't able to find the right balance between our personal and professional lives. Many people end up with bad habits which eventually lead to diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many others.

Here are some ways to improve your daily life.

  1. Get enough sleep, minimum 7 hours, maximum 8 hours. This includes proper sleeping positions and avoiding caffeine during the last hour before going to bed. Caffeine blocks melatonin hormones which makes it difficult to fall asleep. Your bedroom should be darkened and cleaned. You should use blackout curtains if possible, especially if your work is late at night.
