There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
